Introduction to Videos
“I really enjoy your lectures and I learn so much. Please know that we all appreciate your work.” A RIAOC member
RIAOC
We would like to invite you to our weekly RIAOC meetings. RIAOC stands for Realty Investment of Orange County. It is a non-profit trade organization made up of commercial real estate agents and brokers, as well as real estate related affiliates like myself. Almost every Tuesday morning, RIAOC provides education through financial, legal, and technological information on real estate related subjects.
Right now, all our meetings are on Zoom most every Tuesday morning, starting at 8:30 a.m. If you would like to join us, go to www.RIAOC.com and click on the Meetings tab. You can also send an email to me at Jbaker@BakerLawGroup.com and I will send you the link.
Most every Tuesday, I give a legal presentation on a variety of real estate related legal issues. You can watch some of them by clicking on the links below.
This is not legal advice
I think you already know this but I have to say that the information on this website is not, and is not intended to, be legal advice. Instead, all information, content, and materials available on this website are for general informational purposes only. While I try to keep this website up to date, this website may not be the most up-to-date legal or other information. There is no representation or warranty of any kind, as to suitability, reliability, applicability, merchantability, fitness, noninfringement, result, outcome or any other matter.
Don’t make legal decisions based on what you read or see here
You should not act or refrain from acting on a legal matter based on what you read or see on this website. If you have a legal matter, you should get legal advice from an attorney in your state. Only after hearing all the facts in your case can an attorney provide appropriate advice on your situation.
Feel free to contact me
If you do have a question about any of the videos below, call me at 949-450-0444 or email me at Jbaker@BakerLawGroup.com. Again, I have to say just sending a letter or an email to me does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send any confidential information to me until we actually have an attorney-client relationship.
